This instrument adopts483mm (19 ") embedded chassis, can be installed in a 483mm (19") standard cabinet. This instrument belongs to non explosion proof electrical equipment and is prohibited from being used in places with explosion hazards.
3 Working principle
Non single element molecules (polar molecules) exhibit characteristic absorption in the mid infrared band, and the absorption intensity satisfies the Lambert Beer law.LT-IType infrared gas analyzer belongs toNDIR (non dispersive) infrared gas analyzer can be used for continuous analysis of the concentration of gas components to be measured in mixed gases.
LT-IThe optical part of the infrared gas analyzer consists of three components:(1) A light source that emits two specific frequency infrared radiation beams. (2) A gas chamber composed of an analysis gas chamber and a reference gas chamber. (3) A thin film micro sound detector that absorbs infrared radiation and converts the energy difference of the infrared radiation into an electrical signal.
The cutting plate modulates the infrared radiation emitted by the infrared filament to form two equal energy infrared radiation beams. Two beams of radiation alternately enter the analysis chamber and the reference chamber. Analyze the infrared radiation energy at the characteristic wavelength absorbed by the measured gas in the gas chamber, so that the infrared energy output from the analysis chamber is less than that from the reference chamber. The thin film micro sound detector converts the difference in infrared energy between two beams into a change in electrical signal, and analyzes the concentration value of the measured gas in the gas chamber through analog signal amplification and digital algorithm calculation.
